The MASARAT High School program, proudly sponsored by Sandooq Al Watan, is a comprehensive learning journey designed to equip high school graduates with the essential hard and soft skills, business know-how, and industry knowledge needed for success in the UAE labor market and private sector. Through this program, you will gain access to private sector job opportunities via our extensive network of local and international companies.

Positive results have been achieved in the past three years, with Sandooq Al Watan’s programs being a driving force behind these achievements. In partnership with The Fifth Element, Sandooq Al Watan’s programs have placed 700+ Emiratis in the private sector.

- Nafis Deep Dive: The “NAFIS Deep Dive” module explores the NAFIS program, a UAE initiative to enhance Emirati competitiveness and employment in the private and banking sectors. It covers the program’s mission, goals, beneficiaries, partnerships, strategies, and expected outcomes.
- Introduction to LinkedIn: The “Introduction to LinkedIn” module teaches participants how to use LinkedIn effectively, including building a strong profile, expanding networks, and job searching.
- Excelling at Interviews: The “Excelling at Interviews” module prepares participants for behavioral, technical, and AI-driven interviews, focusing on effective preparation, performance, and interview etiquette.
- Effectiveness and Efficiency: The “Effectiveness & Efficiency” module enhances productivity by teaching time management, task prioritization, and balancing quality with speed. It introduces SMART goals for setting clear and achievable objectives.
- Digital Literacy: The “Digital Literacy” module teaches essential Microsoft Office applications—Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel—highlighting their unique uses. Participants learn to use these tools effectively for document creation, data analysis, presentations, and email management.
- Project Management Basics: The “Project Management Basics” module introduces fundamental concepts and methodologies, covering the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Participants learn about key activities, deliverables, and various methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
